About me:

I am a multi-skilled professional with experience in customer support, account management and IT service desk support.  Analytical, self-motivated, creative thinker and hardworking are just a few words to describe me.  

I find that with my background in Media, Customer service and IT, I can bring a combined learned  skillset in areas that our now beginning to marry within this new technological workplace we are all experiencing. 

 

 

Education:

I am educated to degree level, I have a B.A Hons in Media and communication. 

Experience:

I am a self-starter with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. I communicate very well with both customers and various internal colleagues/departments. I am excellent at building relationships with new clients and have experience managing major corporate accounts. 

 

I perform effectively in all working environments and have great confidence in my ability to succeed. I can work as both part of a team and using my own initiative. I am an extremely hard worker, always willing to put in extra hours in order to get the best results possible for my team and myself. I have a great eye for detail and take enormous pride in my work.
