Joshua Baines-Davies

My name is Joshua Baines-Davies, I’m a Business and Marketing graduate and International Marketing MSc graduate from DeMontfort University specialising in Digital Marketing, Customer relationship management Data  Analytics. I have a love for self-improvement and team oriented activities and sports. I am a former supervisor and coffee master at Starbucks where I worked for two years providing excellent customer service.

I have worked for North Northamptonshire Council through various part time roles for 8 years and gained great experience in customer service as a Park ranger, cafe supervisor, play area inspector and maintenance , and play are sanitiser (through COVID. 
I also have experience as a barista for Starbucks and gained quick promotion to Supervisor and showing my quality became a coffee master where I would take part in championships across the city display my knowledge of the company, industry and the coffee itself. 

I have experience working at large events of up to 30,000 people for my local firework display when I would help organise where different teams would be stationed and would responsible for the the smooth running time groups progressing with their duties.
