I have 5 years plus experience working as a cleaning operative on the trains. I am a very reliable person with a positive attitude toward tasks given to me. I work well on my own or within a team. I have experience working in a busy environment within the public. I stay calm when under pressure, I am good at receiving and keeping notes. I am flexible with working hours. 

I have 5 years plus working on the trains. As a cleaning operative my duties are, to follow policies and procedures, to maintain hygiene of all toilets and the surrounding areas of the toilets, sanitizing baby changing areas, emptying bins, cleaning  mirrors, sterilizing the tables and down side tables, I vacuum the train when it is stationary, I use a machine daily, this is called the storm, this is to sanitize all touch points within the train, to ensure the Public are safe when traveling. I understand the importance of infection control.  Within my job I also answer questions from members of the public. I am also aware of COSHH. I hold a British institute of cleaning science ID  card.
