Successfully drove product deliverables from start to completion – website changes (Shopify), new carriers, ad-hoc issues, GA issues, SEO, and discovering new applications. Liaising with a development agency to expand and improve the current website. I created specifications, had weekly meetings with the Project Managers and did UAT on all of the work. Went above and beyond to release the Autumn-Winter web release. Researched key items on the product roadmap, using Trello and Jira as my productivity tools. Successfully integrated new payment systems (Shop Pay and Clear Pay) onto the UK store. I even assisted with HTML/CSS issues. Built a good rapport with external partners and external staff members.

Working in a web and marketing agency, I played a key role in delivering projects over the line from various stages of a project’s lifecycle. I successfully helped lead a number of projects and I was able to keep constant communication with all stakeholders. I took it upon myself to calculate risks and assumptions in a RAID log, as well as monitor quality and add assistance with content and QA. Because of my technical background, I was able to pick up new skills easily as well not be phased by technical requirements.
