Since the beginning of my training in 2020, I’ve wished to seek a career in wellbeing, working for a reputable organisation. I’ve acquired the skills to work with whatever the requirements are for this arena, having undertaken the 80-hour online training as part of my PGDip level 4 course program.Alongside my training in counselling, I have 5 years in customer service, which infinitely improved my communication skills.

I’m able to offer face-to-face single sessions, psychological phone assessments and short focused brief therapy currently. I’m open to learning other delivery modes should this be required of me. Drawing from a blend of training opportunities (including online, virtual video, telephone, and face-to-face options) I employ first-hand experience to deliver high-quality telephone-delivered mental health support, assessment, advice, and signposting. One of my current placements is online, therefore, I signpost according to region.

I am engaged in my BSc IN Counseling Degree through Leeds Beckett University this year, it is a top-up leading on from the PG Diploma in 2022, I wish also to capture the experience of applying for my accreditation now as I have acquired enough clinical hours.
