Worked as a Care Support Assistant. Duties include assisting to do observations and updating documentation. Assisting patients with personal care, oral care, feeding, cleaning, and monitoring urine input and output. Working in a team as well. Use of computer to record service user’s activities, observed mood and behaviors. Support with accessing the community, Support with accessing GP/Dentist, Support with accessing recreational centers, making input on service user care plan.
Working in Mental Health Support and responsible for driving other staff and patients to locations. Teach daily living skills budgeting, shopping and claiming benefits, providing leisure and creative activities in a safe and supportive setting, help residents to deal with problems and become independent, supporting where possible.
