I am competent in supporting medication administration in line with care plans and understand the importance of accurate documentation, clear communication, and record keeping. I am able to respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies and changing situations.

I completed Nurse Assistant/Patient Attendant training, which provided me with a strong clinical foundation in patient care, medication support, and infection control. I have also undertaken further professional development in health and social care to enhance my skills and ensure I deliver safe, effective, and person-centred support.
