I am a well organised and outgoing individual who has experience working in care, telephone, and customer focused environments. I enjoy dealing with customers, whether it be in person, on the telephone or online. I have a caring nature and believe in building personal relationships with customers will result in quality sales to help them. I am a reliable person who can work well as an individual or as part of a team. Keen to get back to work soon to develop my skills, and maybe try something new. An honest and polite person who has a creative flair and excellent personal qualities.

For the last 6 years I've been out of work caring for my disabled daughter, so in that time I have gone back to study to become a teaching assistant, I have level 3 learning and support and also my level 5 teaching assistant, I also have a dipolma level 3 in childcare and early learning.
