I am an experienced digital business analyst with certified qualifications as a Product owner (Exin) and a Digital marketing professional (Digital Marketing Institute).

I have recently finished working on a transformation programme to create a flexible and dynamic workforce. The programme included provided laptop devices and mobile phones to enable over 2000 members of staff to work flexibly and remotely. Part of the programme included an upgrade to Windows 10 and migration of data files to SharePoint.  Following this, I have worked with Service Management in creating handover documentation inclusive of re-engineering processes in line with the new solution for BAU.

I have also been part of a digital transformation and optimisation initiative programme to improve client retention, acquisitions and increase overall ROI by focusing on the digitisation and automation of all business activities within the organisation using a customer-centric approach informed by data/ growth hacking. I was able to help the organisation focus on key customer metrics and track customer activities to help them move towards creating new digital products (organic growth) and to integrate into the lifestyles of their customers using a mobile social first strategy, seamlessly. 

Working on these projects has enhanced my ability to cleanse financial and personal data using excel then analyse and visualise the data using Tableau. 

I am competent in communicating at all levels, with Stakeholders, Business Managers, Team Members and Colleagues. I am a dynamic and assertive team player with excellent analytical, problem solving and listening skills as well as proven ability to deliver results within a fast paced and changing business environment.
