I have work in the Care a Industry for the past 19 years. I currently work has an HealthCare Assistant at Princess Royal Hospital at the Urgent Treatment Centre. I have the Skills and Knowledge of working in A urgent care centre, and using Adastra, along with Wound care Management, ECG, application Plaster Cast, walking boots and Urinalysis check. However, I have high levels of Integrity and Loyalty very polite and confident in my Job Role. As a Healthcare Assistant at the princess Royal hospital, I have Key  skills, experience and Knowledge I promote effective communication between patient, Doctors and ENP. I also demonstrate that patient care and documentation of patient record are kept confidential while working and all information that provided by patient are documented accuratle. I am very reliable and flexible individual who aim to support my colleague and work as a good team player who works well under pressure. I also have the ability to follow the right polices and clinical  procedures when askef to do so by my clinical lead or Lead Doctor.
