An accomplished chef and catering manager, proficient in coordinating and delivering catering and hospitality for events and organisations across commercial, voluntary and academic environments. Currently responsible for managing a large, diverse team and recruitment of the right people to join that team.

Now looking for a fresh challenge. transferring my skills to retail management.  Ideal role would be in charity retail management but remain flexible.

Currently employed as District Catering Support Manager stepping up to District Manager role during Covid pandemic. Responsible for a team of 50+ staff delivering healthy nutritious meals to children at 21 schools.  I managed the additional challenges presented by the pandemic from ensuring staffing levels maintained to hosting MPs demonstrating the services the team deliver.

Previous experience coordinating PTA catering events, leading a team of 20+ volunteers to provide for up to 500 visitors. Planning menus, sourcing suppliers to optimise profitability of events.

Catering Manager at Maidenhead Police Station leading and managing a small team to deliver catering needs for approx 500 staff daily. 

Bar and Catering Manager at a Tennis Club.  Coordinated teams to provide catering for weddings and high profile National tennis tournaments. Responsible for day to day running of bar and catering operations. Introduced simple innovative measures to improve quality of service delivered and reduced stock costs by $4000 per annum through review of products and effective interaction with suppliers.
