My name is Junior, and I am a hardworking and motivated individual who takes pride in everything I do. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by playing football and spending time with friends through gaming. I also have a strong passion for music, often attending concerts and festivals, which reflects my energetic and positive personality.

One thing that truly defines me is my determination. If I set my mind on something, I will find a way to get it done, no matter the circumstances. I believe in pushing through challenges, staying focused, and giving my best effort to achieve results. Whether it’s working as part of a team or handling tasks on my own, I approach every responsibility with commitment and drive.

I have experience as a Kitchen Team Leader and a Warehouse Team Leader, where I built strong leadership and organizational skills. I supervised staff, delegated tasks, trained new team members, and kept daily operations running smoothly. I focused on efficiency, safety, and quality while motivating my team to meet goals. These roles taught me how to work well under pressure, communicate clearly, and lead by example in fast-paced environments.
