 I am a young married male adult with experience and knowledge in supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disability and Challenging behavior. I am an enthusiastic about providing the best quality care , focused on promoting independence to vulnerable individuals and help them make their own choices and decisions. I have a passion in making a difference in peoples lives and making sure that their day is not the same. I am a professional person who is able to able to establish and maintain professional relationships between customers and families. This is made sure by communicating essential information and treating individuals with dignity and respect.
