Delivering new products and content across 100+ retail stores across South London & South West through inspiring shop teams, District Managers & the Area Operations Manager. Ensuring that customer service is at the forefront of our business.

District Operations Manager:

Managed the day to day business of 20+ retail stores with over 100 people consisting of shop managers, deputy managers and customer service assistants to ensure that operational, promotional.and company procedures were improved and maintained.
