I possess excellent verbal, numerical, data entry & data collation skills and hold a comprehensive understanding of commercial, administrative and customer service duties. I have a proven ability of ensuring that day to day work is carried out in line with the agreed policies and procedures and quality standards of an organisation.

I am keen to expand my knowledge and experience by working in a varying organisation environments. As an ambitious and hardworking individual I wish to continue to increase my work experience & develop my abilities while in turn helping achieve the organisation’s goals.

i previously work at Morrisons as a shop assistant, assisting customers with inquiries locating products being friend and approachable 

I went to the Glasgow academy from 2010-2022 then moved to City of Glasgow college where I studied HNC Business with HR and now I am currently at Glasgow Caledonian University studying business management
