I have extensive work experience across various roles, starting with my current position as an Administrative Assistant at Cambridge University Press since April 2024, where I manage DSA scanning and MCQ tasks.
I also work part-time as a delivery driver for Pizza Hut since March 2024 and previously worked at Domain Pizza in a similar role from January to March 2024. From November 2023 to February 2024, 
I was a Warehouse Operative at Histon Sweet Spreads, handling tasks such as wrapping pallets, quality checks, packing, labeling, and hygiene duties. 
Before that, I served as a Graphic Designer at Jet Art Printing Company from May 2021 to October 2023, where I was responsible for graphic design, IT support, procurement, and office management, achieving significant improvements in work processes and system setups. 
My earlier roles include IT support at Mabuchi Industry Co., Ltd. from May 1997 to February 2021, purchasing clerk at Bulingame International Trading Co., Ltd. from June 1996 to May 1997, and clerk at Olympic Dragon International Limited from June 1995 to May 1996, where I provided comprehensive IT support and coordinated with vendors.

I have acquired several professional certifications and additional qualifications that highlight my expertise in various fields. In October 2020, I became a Microsoft Certified Professional, demonstrating my proficiency in Microsoft technologies and software. This certification validates my skills and knowledge in effectively utilizing Microsoft tools for various professional applications.

In October 2005, I earned a Professional Certificate in Digital Design for e-Publishing from The Hong Kong Printers Association. This certification includes proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and InDesign, showcasing my ability to handle digital graphics and layout design for electronic publishing. This qualification emphasizes my capacity to create visually appealing and professionally designed digital content.

Additionally, in August 2004, I completed a certificate program in Computer Applications from the School of Continuing Studies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. This comprehensive program equipped me with a wide range of computer skills and applications, further enhancing my technical proficiency. These qualifications collectively reflect my commitment to continuous learning and my ability to adapt to various technological advancements in my professional career.
