Talented individual with great ambitions within the Banking, Insurance, and Finance sector. After completing an internship at Barclays PLC, I knew what career I would undertake and wanted to explore all challenges faced within the highly commercial and fast paced banking sector. I have recently completed my final year at the University of Lincoln studying a BSc Honours Banking and Finance degree, I achieved a high 2:i 

My course is related to many different aspects of the banking system as well as the fundamentals and concepts of accounting and data analysis. My modules are mixed in terms of self-assessment and group assessments allowing me to build upon key skills within different working environments, which will prepare me for the real business world. 

I am known to be well-mannered, friendly, kind, and a patient person with a bubbly and sociable character and find it very easy to get on with people. I have a range of skills including numeracy, literacy, and computers whereas I have self-generated a unique skillset in building superpower gaming computers for friends and family members.

The Financial and Data Analyst at UTS Limited, from July 2021 to June 2022, played a crucial role in corporate financial planning. Their responsibilities included partnering with insurance companies to manage risks and devise solutions through quantitative analysis, projection, and forecasting. A primary duty involved ensuring the timely preparation of client reconciliations, management information, and invoices, in adherence to contracted SLAs. Moreover, they actively contributed to shaping and executing solutions to achieve business goals, leveraging analytical insights to drive strategies for optimising operational and financial performance. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders was another key aspect, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments. Their role also entailed providing deep insights into operational and financial performance, challenging existing standards, and supporting the development of enhancement initiatives.

The Data and Risk Analyst at Gladstone & Co Limited, from July 2023 to present, specialises in risk assessment and regulatory compliance for insurance companies. This role involves analysing risk profiles for obligors, structures, and transactions, employing both quantitative and qualitative methods to develop forecast scenario assumptions and monitor performance. The analyst advises on risk selection and structuring to align with business objectives, providing precise risk evaluations crucial for informed decision-making. Additionally, they prepare models, templates, and dashboards using Systems Applications and Products (SAP), offering deep insights into operational and financial performance to influence business goals and execute solutions. Building relationships with internal stakeholders is imperative for effective collaboration in achieving organisational objectives.
