• Processing the daily banking for the Warner Bros, Discovery (“WBD”) UK cash pool and the
Time Warner International Treasury company “TWIFL”; including. o Utilising the Treasury
Management System, City Financial, to input and manage daily cash flows
• Listing with various WBD entities for cash forecasts
• Arranging loans to and from TWIFL, including preparing confirmations / instructions for WBD
international affiliates
• Preparing FX instructions for UK entities and TWIFL.
• Obtaining investment rates and maintaining the investment rate schedule.
• Using the online banking software, downloading statements, inputting payments etc.
• Processing regular and ad hoc payments for WBD corporate entities and WBD pension accounts.
• Maintaining static configuration data in TMS is kept up to date
• Updating the Month Average and Month end rates in TMS
• Sending out monthly loan registers, confirmations, statement to internal counterparts.
• Setting up new Users on Banking platforms (Barclays.Net/DB/SEB/Citi) users and following the
process to the end including adding role profile rights etc
• Assist with New bank account opening.
• Uploading, reconciling cash balances and Preparation of weekly/monthly Global Cash report for
Treasury HQ within the TMS using reports provided by WBD international affiliates.
• Quarterly cash pool interest processing.
• Provision of various month end and quarterly reporting to various UK and international WBD
entities.
• Assisting with monthly netting process
• Managing & keeping the Bank Account Central, IBAM and Tracker items updated for
International.
• Collating information for quarterly and annual SOX process
• Ad-hoc projects
Administrative Responsibilities
• Maintenance of the treasury files, including filing of correspondence.
• General departmental administration.
