Karen Fernandes

I am eager to begin working in an office environment, whether in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role. Although I don’t yet have direct experience in these positions, I am a fast learner who quickly adapts to new tasks and responsibilities. My part-time work experience has strengthened my teamwork skills, ability to perform well in fast-paced environments, and capacity to manage a heavy workload efficiently. I have also gained experience handling customer complaints, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting colleagues when needed while maintaining focus on my own duties.

I do not have any Professional experience as I was studying up until now, I have a Diploma of further education in LLB Law, but I'm not looking for a job in that area. 

GCSE: English and Maths and other subjects. 

A Level's: English, Phycology and Sociology. 

completed 1 year in English at university.
