I have just completed my LLM in legal Professional Practice and I am due to graduate in November with a Merit. I also have a first class Hons undergraduate in criminology. 

I went to university at the age of 32 having had a 15 year long professional career, this career ranged from jobs in retail, telephone customer service, telesales, banking and finance.

My LLM included a practical 12 week module where I was able to work with live clients, this was in areas such as family law, inquest Law, criminal appeals and prison law as well as mediation. 

I learnt practical skills such as legal drafting, telephone interviewing, the SRA regulations, advocacy and client risk assessments. each module was marked separately and a full transcript is available on request however this module was marked with an overall distinction.
