Duties include helping customers with their requirements, as well as working on the till to take payment for goods. Additionally, I am responsible for maintaining stock as well as ensuring the customer area on the shop floor is visually appealing. Customer care and understanding customer needs is a large part of my duties, one which I enjoy.

Duties include helping customers with their needs, answering queries regarding stock, serving customers on the till, rotating and refilling stock on the shop floor, general maintenance of cleanliness of shop environment and various other duties.

  • Home duties:  Basic household duties as required in addition identifying areas, I could proactively offer my help and support. Preparing meals and ensuring medication is taken as required. 
  • Relationship Building. I have built strong relationship with the lady I care for, ensuring she feels confident in me and earning her trust. This is especially important as I am entering her personal space each day and its vital, she feels safe in her own home.

During a work experience arranged by myself, duties included but were not limited to working as part of a large team to answer customer queries and provide information as requested. I received excellent feedback for my work ethic and for my behaviours and communication skills. I was invited back the following year due to my previous success.

3 - A levels in English language & literature, Social Media studies and fine art - all at pass grade or higher.

A Diploma for a Higher Education  in Criminology, Sociology and Psychology.

Currently in University studying Criminology and Psychology.
