• Managing Purchase Ledger: raising PO's, processing suppliers' invoices, recording credit notes, issuing remittance, reconciling statements, preparing payment runs • Administrating Sales Ledger: raising and reconciling sales invoices and credit notes, setting up new client accounts, allocating payments, invoicing for retainer fees and disbursements • Credit control: ensuring debts are paid in a timely manner, chasing aged debtors • Cashflow reporting • Administrating media bookings: setting up job estimates, calculating fees, raising purchase orders and draft invoices for media activity • Client management and responding to suppliers' and clients' queries • Daily bank reconciliation • Processing of company charge cards and petty cash, processing employee expenses and ensuring appropriate receipts are provided
