My experience spans roles in Citizens Advice, Clwyd Alyn Housing Association, and volunteering with the Alzheimer's Society. Between 2018 and 2023, I supported vulnerable populations, such as youth, care leavers, and adults dealing with trauma, substance misuse, and criminal histories. My responsibilities included risk management, conflict resolution, and aiding community reintegration. Through these roles, I profoundly understood psychological well-being and effective intervention methods.

From 2016 to 2023, I worked with Conwy Citizens Advice, gaining comprehensive insights into various aspects of life in the UK, including welfare systems, housing, and immigration. My adept engagement with diverse clients, including refugees, honed my interpersonal skills and deepened my sensitivity to the needs of vulnerable individuals. I collaborated with various agencies to provide holistic support, advocating for clients' well-being through a network of resources.

From 2015 to 2017, I provided crucial support to vulnerable adults, acquiring expertise in safeguarding, data protection, and empowerment. These experiences ignited my passion for assisting the most vulnerable and solidified my dedication to their well-being.

Between 2008 and 2018, I was Assistant Manager, overseeing diverse responsibilities such as policy implementation, staff management, and customer service. During this tenure, I honed leadership and problem-solving skills while enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and process enhancement.

The MSc Psychology (Conversion) program offered me a degree which allows a Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) with the British Psychological Society (BPS). The curriculum encompasses key areas such as Biological Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Individual Differences tailored for conversion. It also involves in-depth research through a Research Dissertation and courses like Researching Thought and Behaviour and Social Psychology for Conversion. This comprehensive program equips students with the foundation to transition into psychology and gain recognition of BPS. It allowed me to upskill and learn new software, statistics and their practical implementation.
