Katherine Freemantle

I am a Psychology graduate with a strong interest in understanding and influencing human behavior, currently leveraging my background as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and experience in customer service to deliver effective mental health solutions. I am eager to apply my analytical, creative, and psychological skills in innovative and impactful ways.

My professional experience includes working as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) with NHS Talking Therapies, where I conducted assessments and provided Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to patients with mild to moderate mental health conditions. I also interned at OxfordSM, analyzing employee and operational data to inform DE&I policies and streamline operations. Additionally, I have extensive customer service experience in roles such as bar supervisor, mobile mixologist, and hospitality staff, which have enhanced my interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills in high-pressure environments.

I hold an MSci in Applied Psychology (Clinical) from the University of Exeter, where I achieved a 2:1. During my studies, I focused on understanding mental health treatments and resilience in clinical practice, culminating in my qualification as a BPS-accredited Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. This education provided me with a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical application in mental health care.
