Katie Conroy

Hello! My name is Katie and I am currently seeking employment. I previously worked in the retail sector, where I was selling very high value luxuxy items. I have 5 years of customer service, I'd love the opportunity to share the skills I learnt: good communication, working within a team and developing good relationships with customers. 

I was congratulated in my previous role of my efficiency with admin work. I am currently exploring new opportunties where I can leverage my skills in roles that specialize in adminstrative work. I would also like to explore my career within the hospitality sector as well,  I enjoy serving people and making them happy. I like a dynamic work enviroment as I am used to interacting with a diverse range of people. 

Outside of work I enjoy creative writing and art and tend to enter writing competitions. I am a problem solving, in my previous roles I put systems in place to maximise storage for stock. I think this would be a useful skill within hospitality, to in order to solve problems and enhance the customer's experience.

I was a Coffee Shop Worker at Jubilatté Cafe for six months. (2021-2022) I was a sales assistant at Frank Nutt Sewing Machines for 5 years (2019-2024).

 In my most recent education I attended Cadbury Sixth Form College and achived an A* in Fine Art, B in History and a A in English Language and Literature.
