About me:
An enthusiastic and hardworking student who is curious about the world. I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, which includes a meta-analysis research project. I have carried out research project from which I have gained self-initiative and a strong work ethic as well as data handling and communication skills. After completing my education, I want a career where I can contribute toward efforts to mitigate the impacts of human activity on our planet and to work for a company that cares and aims toward a better, more sustainable future.
Experience
I am completing my Master's degree and do not have any professional experience in the fields in which I would like to work in.
Before I went to university I worked part-time in IKEA as a sales co-worker, from which I gained a range of skills, such as teamwork, interacting with customers, working towards targets and carrying out routine checks.
Education
I have a First-class BSc in Biological Sciences and I am currently completing an MRes in Biological Sciences. I have attended the University of Liverpool for both of my degrees.
My studies have primarily focused on ecology, conservation, evolution and animal behaviour.
My current research project is meta-analysis based and has provided me with experience working independently and collating and analysing large datasets.
