People Associate- Cera Care (August 2024 to Nov 2024) 

• Handling the entire onboarding process and the resignation process. • Handling employee queries through Intercom • Processing employee’s life cycle changes, received via Kissflow system 

HR Assistant- Hafod Housing Association, UK (April 2023 to July 2024)

Senior Payroll Executive- Global HR Shared Services – London Stock Exchange Group (Pvt) Ltd (July 2019 to June 2022) 

• Payroll monthly input processing- Prepare monthly payroll input & share with payroll vendors for each APAC countries as per the payroll calendars. • Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for any of APAC payrolls including payroll checking to ensure to process employees’ salaries timely & accurately. • Service Now case management- Handle assigned cases on employee queries on timely manner. • Ensure accuracy of the statutory calculations & process the monthly statutory payments & Statutory filings in a timely manner. • Provide various payroll cost reports to management & handle audit queries & provide monthly payroll cost to finance. • Handle leavers tax reporting, tax year end processing, employees EPF and ETF claim forms, all employees B card registration and arrange EPF and ETF statement distribution to employees in a timely manner.  Preparation of SOPs on APAC payrolls. • Conducting training sessions on Australia & Malaysian payrolls for new Team. • Handling certain UK payroll related tasks such as reports generation, input preparation and submission


Senior Associate –Human Capital (April 2018 to July 2019) PricewaterhouseCoopers
• Recruiting staff for system process assurance division and Maldives division -This includes developing job
descriptions preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, background checks interviewing
and selecting candidates. • Handling HR operational work and maintaining the Human Capital Gateway system (HRIS) with minimum errors and providing accurate reports to Business Units when required.

• Assist in new recruit’s registration process. This contains preparation of profiles in the HR systems (Workday), assist new recruits in completing of documentation, getting IT divisions to setup mail accounts & provide access to systems, carrying out first day Induction.
