My career spans administrative and technical expertise. I've worked as PA/Project Manager, Executive PA and Office Manager, PA to Head of Services within local councils, supporting senior leadership and streamlining operations. My role evolved into technical support within housing services, where I honed my problem-solving and systems knowledge. Today, I apply that foundation as a Business Analyst at a software company, bridging user needs with digital solutions to drive innovation and efficiency.

I’m passionate about improving processes, empowering teams through technology, and translating complex requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions. I am driven by a genuine desire to make systems work better for the people who rely on them through collaboration.
