I am a seasoned business leader, change delivery expert and business analyst, who has delivered incredible results for businesses for nearly two decades, ranging from my  own start-ups through to blue chip names including Aviva, Direct Line and Capita.

During this impressive career tenure, I have developed a strong skillset for being able to take an outside/in view of a business, and swiftly engage with the board, and key leadership to create a strategy that leverages the available people, processes and technology to remain lean, agile, and sustainable to achieve the long term aims of the organisation.

Leveraging such a focus on achieving operational excellence for a business, whilst also bringing a strong transformation, EDI and success driven mindset, I can quickly advice a board on the gaps between the vision and the reality on the ground, revamp, revise and design a strategy to progress, and deliver those core values through the entire organisation in a positive and outcome driven ethos.

Equally well versed at engaging with businesses who have a complex technology offering within a given marketplace, where clarity of thought, engagement and communication between internal teams, external stakeholders and clients is pivotal for ensuring a cohesive and engaging eco-system is created.

I am an incredibly strong communicator, motivator of people and analytical thinker, who very much focuses on the need for a positive outcome, to then ask the questions needed, across the business, to achieve those goals and drive a business forward, whilst staying ahead of the curve.
