I am a mum of two boys, my eldest 14 and my youngest 9, they both keep me very busy and are my world outside of work. 
 

I have worked in customer service since i was 16 and have always had a passion for getting things right and being the most helpful i can possibly be. I have always cared that my work is done 100% to the best of my abilty. im one of those people that just generally cares

   19 years at south east water covering all aspects of customer service and 10 years spent on the complaints team as a senior customer service advisor 

 

In the last 3 years i have worked at computershare and The masters of malt both in the customer service Department. I then moved to the clancy group in June 2023 as a traffic management planner and i am still employed here
