As a person I am very approachable, positive and bubbly . I believe that being approachable has been the most beneficial factor of how I gained my promotions because I was able to gain customers trust which meant that they returned back to the salon and recommended us to friends and family.

My most recent role in the salon was assistant manager / front of house manager and receptionist some of the  roles for this job title included greeting clients , booking in appointments on the online system, replying to emails and answering phone calls

Qualifications

Level 2 NVQ hairdresser

First aider ( one day course ) completed twice

Fire safety awareness course

i went to Clevedon School to study for my GCSEs and Weston College to complete my Level 2 NVQ hairdressing
