· Processing orders via csv files and EDI transmissions, printed off labels if required
· Running customer account reports for stock checks, relocations, stock adjustments and rectifying stock levels on system
· Booking in delivery of stock to come in via Container Book and Calander, then booking the stock into system after arrival
· Damaged stock, inspecting the quality of item to be put back into stock or be called off and put to a damaged item code, after notifying the customer
· Shortages/missing stock, investigating into how and why it has happened, also moving any shortages to a short inventory if no found answer
· Answering phone calls and email queries
· Running end of week report for pallet count
