A Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP) with more than six years direct change management experience leading change management interventions in digital/ technology transformation, human resources system transformation, and changes in ways of working. I’ve over 10 years consulting experience, including working for a Big 4, leading transformational consulting projects in the private and public sectors. I’ve proven experience of engaging senior stakeholders in large, complex, and global organizations.
Led change management interventions for a successful digital transformation involving upgrading of a Tax Administration System (SIGTAS), development and implementation of new Electronic Tax Filing and Payment Systems and integration of the three systems. The systems are adopted by more than 10,000 users.
As a chartered certified accountant, I have a good understanding of finance systems.
