RESPOSIBILITIES:
Being fully licensed by ATOL and IATA, and part of the world choice consortium,
it provides clients with the extra reassurance and protection required when booking their holidays.
▪ Band/Vendor management (Airlines & Operators).
Ensuring optimum brand relationships that enables me to work closely with the vendor to ensure maximum client
satisfaction. Coordination with operators for personalized and standard tour packages.
▪ Senior Sales Consultant. Working with clientele to ascertain their specific travel needs and ensure that the clients’ needs are fully addressed. Through my vast experience, I offer the clientele a list of suggestions catered to their travel needs that will ensure customer satisfaction. If required, I also support the clientele with assistance should it be required once they have traveled and are abroad.
I also assist individual clients as well as group and private companies with planning and organizing their travel requirements.
I am also fully qualified on all visa and insurance guidance’s to best advise the clientele, and also able to arrange Insurance and Visas on behalf of the clients if required.
▪ Booking Management. Passionate to obtain the best deals and for clients through competitive research and brand vendor relationships.
▪ Customer Service & Communication. Clear and concise when communicating with both vendor and clientele.
▪ Staff Management. As a senior consultant I mentor and support to manage a sales force 25 plus travel consultants, and support in monitoring their KPIs.
I guide and motivate to enhance performance and produce the quality of work required and ensure that they are continuously developed to work towards attaining higher level roles. I ensure the team always provides excellent customer service, driving staff performance to exceed their individual sales targets and sales productivity.
▪ Commercial sales planning. Increasing sales targets and margins by creating sales analysis reports on operational  issues, market sales trends, competitors, and customers to facilitate overall decision-making on brand management

strategy. Define sales strategies for the brands within our business, implement activities per agreed plan, and carry out cost control measures to achieve set targets vs. budgets. Track monitor Actual Sales vs. forecasts.
SENIOR TRAVEL CONSULTANT Holiday Genie T/A Flying Eagles (pvt) Ltd
To maximize sales and take ownership in developing corporate business account management. Lead senior consultant for
business accounts (BBC & ITV).
▪ Senior Sales Consultant. Expertly use the appropriate travel tools and systems to complete requests. Excellent knowledge of travel supplier rules and ensuring adherence to these rules. Strong understanding of clientele travel policy
and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer. Provides the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties. Adheres to Worldspan and Galileo Travel policies and procedure. Adheres to IATA and ATOL policies.
▪ Team Management. Guide and motivate the team to enhance performance and produce the highest quality of work and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher-level roles. Ensure staff always provides excellent customer service, driving staff performance to exceed their individual sales targets and sales productivity.
