Kian Jessett

My name is Kian Jessett, I'm 18 years old, and I have just reached the end of my second year at Merthyr Tydfil College, so I am prepared to work full-time. I consider myself to be a diligent and determined person. I am meticulous, and I strive for the greatest results and outcomes in whatever I do. I enjoy being social and working in groups, yet I am most productive while working alone. I have strong communication and listening abilities, and I can rapidly take up and retain most skills given to me. Furthermore, I'll be ready to take my practical driving test in January. 

I am used to Microsoft 365 apps due to my frequent use of them throughout my education and I have basic electrical knowledge which I've gained from my time in Merthyr college. I have gained a solid foundation in electrical engineering principles and practical skills. I have successfully completed courses in electrical circuits, electrical and electronic principles, and engineering mathematics, among others. In addition, I have also had the opportunity to work on projects that have honed my skills in problem-solving, designing, and testing electrical systems. 

Throughout my college years, I had the opportunity to extensively utilize CAD software. AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor were my go-to tools for creating intricate models in both 2D and 3D. My proficiency in CAD principles allowed me to master the art of developing highly detailed designs, creating meticulous blueprints, and generating precise technical drawings. The precision and accuracy I achieved in my work were exceptional, thanks to my comprehensive understanding of CAD principles.
