I worked for the debt recovery department and I have experience with action of inbox, Legal administrative work involving various legal documentation, letter drafting, emailing clients, uploading charge removals on the land registry, issuing particulars of claims to courts and customers and any other documentation part of the litigation process for the debt recovery team, drafting of all legal documents on behalf of the paralegal team. As a litigation team assistant, the role involved monitoring spreadsheets to ensure no deadlines were missed. Emailing clients in a timely manner to ensure next steps were conveyed, emailing debtors and being trained to handle vulnerable debtors by effective communication. This also incFiling of POCs, RX4s, CN1s, redemption statements, working with DMC’s, effective repayment plans, etc. Worked on spreadsheet reports to ensure debts were being worked on constantly and that nothing was overlooked.

Graduated from the University of Reading with an LLB with honours in 2022. Obtained a 2:1. I’ve demonstrated extensive legal research skills throughout my degree.
