I am a reliable and a hardworking individual who has many years of experience delivering 
excellent customer service within a variety of roles, including HR, security, hospitality, 
phone and retail sales. I have good communication skills and an outgoing personality. I 
provide a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service to customers and colleagues and 
relate to people of all ages and backgrounds. I am patient, efficient and work effectively as 
part of a team, while also being able to work on my own and use my own initiative. I have 
strong IT skills which has enabled me to carry out various roles more effectively. I am
