Experience

I am currently a health and wellbeing coach working with clients on a 1-1 and group basis in supporting wellbeing and behaviour change. I previously worked for public health for 3 years as an active lives officer and navigator. My role was to support projects and individuals in Swindon improve their health & wellbeing through tailored programmes. 

Education

I am currently enrolled with Open University to complete and Open Degree with modules concentrating on wellbeing and mental health. I am a qualified level 2 and level 3 personal trainer and am enrolled to complete a 4 day health coaching certificate.
