I am a creative, compassionate, dedicated, and dynamic individual who is proactive, empathetic, and passionate about supporting people to reach their full potential. With excellent communication skills and strong belief in equality, human rights and social justice, I have amassed experience in supporting people and families from disadvantaged, discriminated, and ethnic minority backgrounds over the past 10 years. While working with groups, 1:1 support, as volunteer supervisor and trainer, and development worker, I gained confident creative and administrative skills,  critical thinking, attention to detail, project coordinating and logistics skills, as well as hands-on creative help, problem solving and communication skills. With strong communication skills, I am enthusiastic about art, nature and wellbeing, and are capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
