  • As part of ticket resolution code walkthrough, deeper knowledge in analysis, Application Support

  • HP Queue monitoring analysis of logs, Screen scraping tool, XML walkthrough.
  • Night batch job runs, Scheduler job maintenance,
  • System status report & Job Queue Monitoring 
  • Backup jobs monitoring
  • Batch Handling
  • On call support for overnight jobs.
  • Releasing/ Holding/ Canceling/ Purging the jobs.
  • Used Tools such as I90, Show file content, Cool spool utilities, Remedy management, Service now., etc
