  • Led the full end-to-end research process for 30+ usability tests across 5 squads, with actionable results leading to an overall redesign. 
  • Conducted user testing surveys with 280+ participants to assess comprehension of sensitive financial documents, designing and analyzing surveys to generate actionable insights. 
  • Conducted tree testing and card sorting to develop a user-centered information architecture for a financial platform, ensuring intuitive navigation and improved usability. 
  • Conducted competitive analysis on over 10 competitors through heuristic reviews and usability testing, identifying key opportunities for improvement and providing actionable insights that inspired the design team’s product development. 
  • Used concept testing to evaluate feature feasibility and user appeal, providing feedback to the product team to inform implementation decisions. 
  • Debriefed 30+ research projects to cross-functional teams, using data storytelling and presentations to communicate insights and guide product strategies. 
  • Created detailed user journey maps to investigate shopping behaviors, leveraging insights to inform the product team and guide design decisions that enhance the user experience
