About Lamprini Reppa:
I’m a Greek-qualified physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of clinical and community settings. I’ve been living and working in the UK since 2016, bringing a passionate, person-centred approach to my practice. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, going to the theatre.
Experience
I am a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 25 years of clinical and community-based practice, supporting children and adults across diverse settings. My expertise includes managing complex neurological conditions such as autism, epilepsy, brain injuries, and progressive diseases. I specialise in delivering tailored, evidence-based therapies that promote functional independence, mobility, and quality of life through a holistic, patient-centred approach.
My extensive community experience—working in homes, schools, and local services—has enabled me to design practical interventions that integrate into daily life. I support individuals across the lifespan with neurological, musculoskeletal, respiratory, and mental health conditions, with a focus on early intervention and long-term care.
I have a strong background in managing progressive and acquired conditions, collaborating with families, carers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure individualised, goal-oriented care. I am also a dedicated mentor, having supported physiotherapy students and junior staff to uphold high standards of practice.
Passionate about working with children with special needs, I bring deep knowledge in sensory processing, motor coordination, and respiratory care, delivering compassionate, responsive support in both acute and community settings.
Education
I hold a degree in Physiotherapy from Bulgaria, Sofia National Sports Academy. Over the years, I have completed various professional development courses
