About laqueisha allen:
I am an enthusiastic Legal EA/PA, who started their business support career a few years ago while studying at university for a Real Estate degree. With my attention to detail and organisation skills, I soon found a passion in my EA/PA role. I am currently work at a prestigious Law firm based in the heart of Birmingham, this is where I have enormously grown as a PA and expanded on my knowledge within the legal sector. In my time of studies and work I have gained solid knowledge in Commercial property Law, Contractual Law and Employment Law and I have now been able to develop that even further in my current role supporting Fee Earners and Partners in Commercial property, Employment, Education, and Criminal Defence Law. Being the sole PA supporting such a wide variety of professionals and their specialised practises makes me extremely diverse, it has become almost second nature for me to be able to adapt to different working styles. Due to my confident and outgoing personality, I find it easy to build rapports with people whether that be the professionals I support or the clients I communicate with. I have worked extremely hard to build my skills and knowledge as a EA/PA so far in my journey, however this is the beginning and I am looking for the opportunity to build and excel my career with my next employment, which is why I am taking a huge step of relocating for the second time in my life as a sign of dedication to my success within my career path.
