Lara Robinson

I am Lara Robinson and I am 23 years of age. 

In my spare time I enjoy exploring new places with friends and family and reading. I love being on the go and finding new things to do, especially outdoors. 

I am a massive Disney fan and still a big kid at heart. I have just returned from a solo trip to Florida and already can’t wait to go again.

I have lived in many different places over the country which has enabled me to see some amazing historic cities and towns. 

I am currently working as a Performer/ day time host at Warner Leisure Hotels alongside also working Bar and Front of House in Ipswich Borough Council Theatres. 

Both of these roles involve great customer service and creating a memorable experience to the guests/customers as these are both settings where people have treated themselves and are expecting a good time from the moment they walk through the door.

I have worked in both these positions for over a year and have a great knowledge in dealing with difficult and challenging situations within a professional manner and also with working within a team. 

I completed 3 years performing arts training at Wilkes Academy in Swindon and completed this course in 2022. It gave me valuable people skills as well as confidence building. 

I also completed my Level 2 in business administration back in 2018 while working at Haven Power as a receptionist and within facilities. This taught me valuable skills and allowed me to put my learning straight into practise within the workplace. I learnt invaluable customer service skills both in person and on the phone and also learnt the workings of an office and how to create a safe and tidy environment.
