- Provide one-to-one mentoring to EAL clients and international students to help them identify and take practical steps to overcome barriers preventing them taking up identified training and employment.
- Support EAL and international clients with necessary English language learning.
- Work closely with clients and building positive relationships and create action plans to assist them with their areas of need.
- Empower, motivate, and support EAL clients and international students to move into and sustain employment, as well as support clients to progress whilst in work, providing a flexible and high-quality service.
