In my previous role as a telephone interviewer, I gained valuable experience in customer service and engaging in meaningful conversations with customers. I consistently maintained a positive and upbeat attitude, leaving a lasting impression on customers. I understand the importance of empathy in providing exceptional customer service, especially when conducting surveys on customer satisfaction. Collaboration is a key aspect of my work style, as it enhances efficiency and fosters a positive team dynamic. More recently, I've also been given detail sensitive admin tasks involved with item stock and customer records after customer interactions for cycle solutions. I have a strong aptitude for IT, proficient in both Mac and Windows operating systems, adapting quickly to programs I've been tasked to use. Additionally, I have hands-on experience with administering databases like 3CX, Jabber, Cathie, Citrus Lime POS and CATI. I have also been trained in GDPR practice and can handle sensitive data. With some guidance and feedback I should be a great fit for the role.

I am a part time student at UWTSD, studying the tech heavy course, Animation and VFX. It features 3D animation, Vfx and even 2D VFX and compositing. Software includes Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Maya and Nuke.
