I am  a Qualified Montessori Teacher so I know about development matter and link it to the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stages) and how to develop their fine and gross motor skills through a variety of activities and also their learning development.  I am also a qualified art therapist have worked with children and young people in children homes I am able to help them to manager their emotions when they are struggling with their emotions. Help them to find coping mechanisms that would help them when they are not able to cope using art could be one way of dealing it the stresses but also just being there to listen to them and understand where they are coming from. Give them a sense of purpose and achievement. Help them to help themselves. Give them a safe space to voice whatever they are feeling listen to them so they can make right choices on their own help but also aid them to see things from different angle.

 I am good at being creative and I am very active person. Loves sports and doing any art and craft base. Going to museums and art galleries and playing board games, puzzles, lego, sing songs, dance and enjoys watching movies. Having good manners and be a good role model to the children. I am organised and time keeping is essential to me. I am flexible and happy to do all nanny duties.

I am intuitive and attuned to children and young people. Able to understand them and reach them at their level. Be able to adapt to their needs and wants. I can identify their strengths and give them confidence and self esteem to into happy souls by helping them to find themselves by giving them a sense of purpose, direction and achievement.   Looking after their wellbeing and safety is paramount to me. I know about safeguarding and how important it is to take care of people that are in vulnerable situations since I have worked in Schools with special needs children and as a Montessori Nursery Teacher. I learn so much from children through their way of thinking and having patiences helps me grow as a person.  Children and babies are my passion. Ensuring the children and parents are both happy is really important to me.

I am keen, enthusiastic, reliable, hardworking, trustworthy, and non-judgemental person and I am a strong believer of communication with the parents is key so that everyone works together in improving their babies lives.
