I am a highly motivated and learner centred manager, with the ability to lead and manage large teams of staff delivering programs from Entry Level to Level 3 qualifications in Construction and BTEC.  I also have knowledge of work-based learning for craft trades. I come with over 10 years of Painting and Decorating vocational experience, a sound knowledge of the construction sector and Knowledge of the Further Education sector; in particular policy developments in relation to issues which will impact education, training and learning in an FE environment. Lead Internal Quality for constructions and Pearson qualifications. 

With the knowledge that I have gained I will continue to maintain high levels of professional conduct in my areas of responsibility. This includes management, accountability for sustained improvements in learners’ achievements within crafts, ensuring that the targets for learners’ retention and achievement are achieved. My experience in college systems i.e. Promonitor, Smart Assessor and EBS4 which will allow me to continue to analysis course performance data and ensuring that the teams are aware of course performance against national benchmarks.

Leading the Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice the qualification help me develop knowledge and skills in the principles and practices of internal quality assurance.
