I work with children, young people and families up to the age of 18. I have a wealth of experience working with individuals presenting with diverse mental health difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, OCD symptoms, phobias, low self-esteem and trauma. I am passionate about supporting young people to achieve their goals of bettering their mental health.
I am a qualified Children's Nurse and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, with several years of CAMHS experience. I have recently completed my Professional Doctorate exploring professional identity within CAMHS and have also completed a Masters in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. I have been working in private practice since 2019.
Experience
