Leaya Berlyn-Pancoust

Hi! I am a student at De Montfort University studying ’Advertising and Marketing Communications‘ which gives me the knowledge on how to sell a product successfully; I also enjoy playing basketball, this gives me the confidence to talk to people, I would say I am a people person and work good in social environments. 

I have worked in hospitality for a few years now, it has made me more confident and comfortable to talk in big groups of customers to find what they would like. 

I have worked in many busy atmospheres, mostly in hospitality. Working with crowded groups has given me many skills such as: social confidence, managing tills, managing stock etc. 

My most recent education was at Northampton College and i studied Level 3 Art & Design, this gave me creativity skills, being able to successfully work in a group whether leading it or just as teamwork
